Everything you need to know about our digital downloads, sizing, and crafting policies.
Right after your payment is confirmed you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. You can also find all your files anytime under My Account > Downloads.
Every pattern shows a skill level (beginner, intermediate or advanced), so you can pick what fits you. Beginner patterns include step-by-step photos.
Each pattern page lists the yarn type, hook size and sizes included. A full materials list is inside the PDF.
Patterns are written in English. A short stitch guide is included in every PDF.
You may sell finished items made by hand in small quantities, as long as you credit "By Luanda" as the designer. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the PDF itself or claim the design as your own.
Because patterns are digital files that are delivered by email, we cannot offer refunds once a file is downloaded, but if there is a problem with your file, we will fix it or help you. See our Refund Policy.
Check your spam folder and My Account > Downloads. If you still have trouble, write to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will send your file again.
