By using this website and buying from By Luanda you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell digital crochet patterns delivered as downloadable PDF files. No physical item is shipped.

Orders and prices. Prices are shown in USD or EUR and may change without notice. An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud.

License and personal use. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the pattern. You may make items for yourself, as gifts, and sell finished handmade items in small quantities with credit to “By Luanda”. You may not resell, share, copy, upload or distribute the PDF or its photos, or present the design as your own.

Intellectual property. All patterns, photos, texts and designs belong to By Luanda and are protected by copyright.

Delivery. Files are available for download immediately after payment is confirmed, via the confirmation page, email and your account.

Refunds. See the Refund Policy.

Liability. Results depend on your yarn, tension and skill. We provide patterns as is and are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Subscriptions (Pattern Club). When launched, memberships renew monthly until cancelled; details will be shown before purchase.
